Not a good day for dog lovers ... saw a dog got ran over this morning. Later, saw another one wondering around Ang Mo Kio neighbourhood; didn't look like a stray, as the kenna ran over one. This reminded me of the little A4 poster stuck around bus stops & HDB void decks for lost pets. Well, who reads those? Would a centralised bulletin board help? May be. So, just doing my bit here.
